摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of chronic psychological stress on behaviors and serum concentrations of interleukin-2 (IL-2),interleukin-6 (IL-6),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) in rats. Methods The chronic psychological stress model was mimicked by chronic unpredictable mild stress in rats. The behaviors of rats were observed and the levels of serum IL-2, IL-6 and hsCRP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method. Results After the rats were subjected to chronic unpredictable mild stress stimulus,the stress open-field activity were lower (P＜0. 05);the levels of serum IL-2, IL-6 and hsCRP were significantly higher in contrast to normal rats (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Chronic psychological stress can significantly influence the emotional behaviors and serum inflammatory factors levels in rats.关键词
