岷江上游山地森林/干旱河谷交错带不同植被恢复模式对根际土壤微生物量碳氮及固氮菌群落结构的影响
Effects of Different Revegetation Patterns in Mountain Forests-the Arid Valley Ecotone in the Upper Reaches of Minjiang River on Rhizosphere Soil Microbial Biomass C, N and the Structure of Nitrogen-fixing Bacteria Community

Abstract
We studyed the non-rhizosphere soil and the rhizosphere soil of the five revegetation patterns in mountain forest-arid valley ecotone in the upper reaches of Minjiang River,and preliminarily explored the effects on the soil microbial biomass C, N and the nitrogen-fixing bacteria community. The results show that there is a significant difference between the microbial biomasses from the rhizosphere soil and the non-rhizosphere soil in the five different vegetations, and the former is greater than the latter. The order is:Cyclobalanopsis glauca sencondary forest>shrubbery>Robinia pseudoacacia forest>young plantation> conifer-broadleaf forest. According to the DGGE, there is a clear band both in nitrogen-fixing bacteria communities from the rhizosphere soil and the non-rhizosphere soil. The diversity of nitrogen-fixing bacteria in Robinia pseudoacacia forest and shrubberyis highest. The analysis of diversity index and community abundance show the population structure of rhizosphere soil nitrogen-fixing bacteria in shrubbery is richest, then is the Robinia pseudoacacia forest. The cluster analysis indicates the ten soil samples can be classified into four types. From above,the effect of nature recovery (Cyclobalanopsis glauca forest and shrubbery) is better than article forests(Robinia pseudoacacia forest, young plantation and conifer-broadleaf forest). Comparing in the three platations, the Robinia pseudoacacia forest is better for increasing microbial biomass and the diversity of soil nitrogenfixing bacteria structure. Taking enclosing measures in young plantations can useful for revegetation.关键词
