Abstract
There is great potential of greenhouse gas emission reduction in our country, the number of the CDM projects is increasing day by day. This paper analyzes the characteristic of the development of CDM projects, and mainly presents the way and method of establishing the CDM project management system. Based on the development procedure of CDM project, the CDM project development model was constructed, in which such functions as project management, contract management, funds management, analysis and statistic of electricity output, knowledge database are realized. Moreover, the system has the abilities of warning and reminding, statistic and analysis and knowledge analysis, which optimizes the management of a great number of CDM projects during the development process, strengthens the risk management and provides the scientific decisionmaking support. According to the above purpose, the management system based on the B/S architecture has been developed and put into operation, and shows its good performance.关键词
