Abstract
In modern radar receiver system, the mechanical potentiometer was used to adjust the signal amplitude among different channels.However, the mechanical potentiometer couldn't be used in ship-base aircraft because of humidity and tremor.To avoid the disadvantages of mechanical potentiometer, the digital potentiometer was used to instead of the mechanical potentiometer.The main requirement of digital potentiometer was summarized from the circuit of mechanical potentiometer.The model of digital potentiometer was used to analyze and simulate the function of the new circuit.X9312 was chosen to perform both high temperature experiment and low temperature experiment.The experimental results prove that the digital potentiometer can take place of the mechanical potentiometer to adjust the signal amplitude of radar's multi-channel receiver.The improved multi-channel receiver can be used in ship-base aircraft.关键词
