摘要

Abstract

Based on the finite element theory of nonlinear touch and collision, a simulation of the transient brake procesa of a certain buffer device is conducted through Autodyn. The simulation result shows some physical quantities of every part of this buffer device, such as speed, offset, equivalent stress, and so on. Then the buffer device is designed by optimizing the model. Simulation proves the rationality of the buffer device, which aids to design its structure.
