Abstract
Taking the fresh pig skin as material, the pig skin fat was removed by the method of two step-organic solvents and then extracted by dichloromethane. At last, the liquid of skin was hydrolyed by the method of acid treatment to get the collagen protein. The best optimization condition of hydrolyzed is as follows: the ultrasonic time is 2h, the ratio of hydrochloride is 10％ ,the temprature is 30℃, the liquid ratio is 1∶3.5, a good spiral structure with the single-factor experiment is obtained.关键词
