Optimization of preparation process of composites of ramie fiber PLLA-PEG

Abstract
Composite panel of ramie fiber reinfored polylactic acid and polyethylene glycol is prepared by the optimization of orthogonal test parameters. The tensile, bending, infrared spectrum and fracture morphology are analyzed. The results show that when the mass ratio of PLLA and PEG is 9: 1, the mass ratio of TDI and PLLA is 1: 12, copolymerized at 120 ℃ for 14 hours, the tensile strength and bending strength can achieve 11.1MPa and 64. 48MPa respectively.关键词
