低铂Pt/FePO4/C催化剂在PEMFC中的应用

Abstract
Pt/C and Pt/FePO4/C catalysts (5% Pt) were prepared by ethylene glycol method. The physical properties of the catalysts were characterized by TEM。 The results show that the catalyst particles are uniformly distributed on the support with an average particle size of 1.2 nm for Pt/FePO4/C and 0.9 nm for Pt/C, respectively. The electrochemical active surface area (EAS) and the catalytic activity towards oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) of Pt/FePO4/C catalyst are higher than Pt/C catalyst. The catalysts were both employed as the PEMFC cathode catalysts. The platinum content in the cathode were all 0.08 mg/cm2. The maximum power densities and the cathode catalyst mass specific power densities were 763 mW/cm2 and 9.54 kW/g Pt for Pt/FePO4/C cathode, and 663 mW/cm2 and 8.29 kW/g Pt for Pt/C cathode. This indicates that the catalytic activity of Pt/FePO4/C is higher than Pt/C when they are employed as cathode catalysts of PEMFC.关键词
