高压氧结合抗震颗粒对帕金森病大鼠黑质细胞凋亡表达的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with anti - parkinson granule on apoptosis of substantia nigra in experimental parkinsonian rats. Methods Hemilateral PD rat model was established with right ventral tegmental injection of 6 - hydroxydopamine ( 6 - OHDA ). The rats were divided into 3 groups: sham operated group, model group , and treatment group ( hyperbaric oxygen combined with anti - parkinson granule ). The expression of TH, GFAP, Bcl -2 and Bax protein was examined by using immunohistochemistry. Results The activities of TH and Bcl - 2 were significantly increased in treatment group, while expression of GFAP and Bax protein content was significantly reduced, compared those in model group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Hyperharic oxygen combined with anti - parkinson granule can significantly reduce apoptosis of substantia nigra in PD rats.关键词
