MMP-9在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及意义
Expression and Clinical Significance of MMP-9 in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the expression of MMP-9 and the clinicopathological factors in non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC ). Methods The expressions of MMP-9 in NSCIC cancer tissue( n = 80 )and tumor adjacent tissue( n =40 )were measured by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction( RT-PCR ). Results The positive expression rate of MMP -9 in NSCLC tissue( 71.25％ ,57/80 )was higher than that in tumor adjacent tissue( 45. 00％ ,18/40 ),the difference was significant( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The MMP-9 in NSCLC tissue increased with the increasing of histopathological grade and TNM stage. The expression of MMP-9 had a positive correlation with lymphatic metastasis ( P ＜0. 05 ). Conclusion MMP-9 may be involved in the occurrence and development of NSCLC,may be an important reference marker in evaluating the histopathological grade , metastasis and prognosis of NSCLC , providing a reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment for NSCLC.关键词
