阿折地平治疗轻中度高血压病的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Azclnidipine on Mild to Moderate Hypertension
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect and safety of Azelnidipine on mild to mederate hypertensive patients.Methods In this double-blind control study,61 patients were randomly divided into two groups the Azelnidipine group ( n =40 )received Azelnidipine 8 - 16 mg once every day, Amlodipine group( n= 21 )once every day with a period of 6 weeks. Results The SBP and DBP decreased significantly in both Azelnidipine group and Amlodipine group 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,8 weeks after the treatment( P ＜ 0.05 ). After 2 weeks,4 weeks,6 weeks,8 weeks' treatment, the SBP and DBP between Azelnidipine group and Amlodipine group had no significant difference( P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion The treatment with Azelnidipine,5 -10 mg once every day can decrease the blood pressure of mild to mederate hypertensive patients, and have a good medication compliance.关键词
