Abstract
Objective To investigate the efectiveness of systemic inflammatory response syndrome( SIRS )and APACHEⅡ in the prognostic evaluation of patients with acute pancreatitis of emergency. Methods A total of 202 patients with acute pancreatitis of emergency were enrolled in our study. General condition, the prognosis as well as SIRS and APACHEⅡ scores within 24 hours after admission were evaluated and recorded. All the patients were divided into survival group and death group according to the prognosis. The value of SIRS and APACHEⅡ scores were compared statistically between the two groups. Results There was a significant diference in SIRS and APACHE Ⅱ scores between the two groups( P ＜ 0.05 ), and the two systems were consistent with each other in the evaluation( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusion SIRS and APACHE Ⅱ systems are both valuable in the prognostic evaluation of patients with acute pancreatitis of emergency.关键词
