摘要

Abstract

[Objecfive] The different insecticides in Xinjiang were studied to provide scientific basis for the chemical control of Erythroneura apicalis Nawa. [Method ] The toxicity of two pesticides to 3rd instar lawae of Erythroneura apicalis Nawa were determined in room by leaf - dip method . Sevreral insecticides were tested in field . [ Result] The results showed that imidacloprid and thiamethoxam had higher activities , their LC50 were 46 . 26 μg/ mL,19.31 μg/mL respectively. The results of field trial indicated that all of four insecticides including 10% WP imidacloprid , 25 % WG thiamethoxam, 25% pymetrozine WP and 99% mineral oil had better control effects on Erythroneura apicalis Nawa, and 10% WP imidacloprid , 25% WC thiamethoxam had longer persistence against the insect, their controlling efficiency were 100 % after 7 days . [ Conclusion]Based on the results of toxicity tests and field trials, 25 % pymetrozine WP and 99% mineral oil could be recommended for controlling Erythroneura apicalis Nawa .
