Drying Chinese Yam Leftovers by Drying System of Solar Thermal Collector
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective]A solar coUector - type drying system were studied to improve dehydrating technology . [Method] Solar energy was used as the drying one to study the intermittent drying of Chinese yam leftovers. [ Result] Leftovers of Chinese yam were dried to the safe moisture content after intennittently drying in the drier for 31 hours when the ambient air temperature was about - 3℃ and hot air flow rate from the solar thermal collectors was 1.05 m3/min, which proved the feasibility of dehydrating Chinese Yam leftovers to the safe moisture standard by solar energy alone . [ Conclusion]The solar collector apparatus has excellent thermal collecting performance and could be used in drying of Chinese yam leftovers.关键词
