摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The wolfberry Ningji las explants, the superior strains of rapid propagation of optimization system were built by studying effect factors of rapid propagation. [ Method ] Excellent plants were selected by observing the collection line; the method of sterilization of explants, lateral bud induction and subculture , rooting hormone were screened to identify corresponding culture medium; while the transplanted matrix of plantlets in the test tube were screened also. [ Result]The results showed : when explants were disinfected , 500 mg/ L penicillin should be used by soaking for 5 - 8 min. Optimization medium were : buds were induced by medium: MS + 6 - BA 0.5 mg/L + IAAO . 1 mg/L; regeneration medium : MS + 6 - BA 0.5 mg/L + IAA 1 .0 mg/L; root was induced by medium: 1/2MS + IBA 0.3 mg/L; the transplanted matrix was peat : perlite 2:1,the surviving rate was 96% . [ Conculsion] The establishment of rapid propagation system of wolfberry high - guality seedlings laid the foundations of accelerating the propagation and extension of new varieties.
