Abstract
Objective: The diagnosis value of spiral CT for orbital wall fracture. Method: Medial orbital wall fracture in 77 cases, All were detected by spiral CT, MPR, 3D imaging, and then comprehensive analysed the orbital wall fracture type and CT signs. Result: Burst fracture of 80.5％ t 15.6％ of direct fracture, compound fracture of 3.9％. Direct signs of orbital wall fracture was depression, bone fracture, dislocation, bone crushing, abnormal curvature of the orbital wall. Indirect signs of fracture of the medial rectus was swelling, vague and / or displacement, ethmoid sinus effusion, orbital contents of the hernia, orbital product gas, orbital hemorrhage, optic nerve swelling and / or displacement, enophthalmos, exophthalmos,eye eyelid and periorbital soft tissue swelling, product gas. Conclusion: Multi-slice spiral CT scan and MPR, 3D imaging of orbital wall fracture has important diagnostic value.关键词
