摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Method:The preoperative high frequency color doppler ultrasound diagnosis of 80 cases of acute appendicitis were compared with the pathological diagnosis. Result:The correctly diagnosed acute appendicitis rate of high frequency color doppler ultrasound was 91.25％, pathology consistent rate was 85 ％. Conclusion: High frequency color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of acute appendicitis, which has several advantages including simple, rapid and accuracy, can provide accurate imaging evidence, is a reliable screening method, and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.关键词
