78例胃肠间质瘤的临床诊治分析

Abstract
To investigate the gastrointestinal stromal tumor diagnosis and treatment. Method: From 2000 to 2009, 78 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors were retrospectively analyzed. Result: 78 patients were treated after surgery, 72 cases were followed up for 5 months to 9 years, 59 patients were still living, 3-year survival rate was 78.21％, 65.38％ for 5-year survival. Lost in 6 cases, 13 cases died, of which 5 died after 2 years, 3 years, 6 died, 2 died 5 years. Pathological findings: CDll7-positive in 62 cases, CD34-positive 66 cases. Conclusion: Surgery for the treatment of gastrointestinal stromal tumor of the preferred method.关键词
