早期手术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的体会

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect and experience of nonage surgery treatment of acute calculus choleeystitis. Method: The 26 cases with acute calculus choleeystitis received the nonage surgery treatment, and the clinical effect were evaluated. Result: The 25 cases were cured and the 1 case was dead,and the case fatality rate was 3.84％. The dead reason was older combined with MOF. There was 1 ease complicated by gallbladder bed hemorrhoea after operation, 1 ease complicated bycongestive heart failure after operation, 1 case complicated with respiratory failure after operation, 1 case complicated with adrenal crisis after operation,2 cases complicated with postoperative infection and disruption of wound. Conclusion: The effect of nonage surgery treatment of acute calculus cholecystitis is obvious and safety.关键词
