典型浓香型产区不同生态条件对烤烟化学成分和香气物质含量的影响
Effect of Different Ecological Conditions among Typical Full-aroma-style Flue-cured Tobacco Production Areas on Chemical Components and Aroma Substances Contents in Tobacco Leaves

Abstract
Yunyan87 was taken as material and the content of chemical components and aroma substances of flue-cured tobacco were studied in different ecological conditions of typical full-aroma-style flue-cured tobacco production areas such as Xiangcheng, Fangcheng, Baofeng, Ruyang and Wuyang.The results indicated that there was no significant difference in most of common chemical component such as total sugar,total nitrogen and nicotine but the ratio of chemical components.The content of potassium in tobacco leaves was high in Wuyang(The upper leaves, cutters and lugs were 0.90 %, 1.10 % and 1.22 %, respectively.)while low in Fangcheng.The chlorine content was high in Baofeng, followed by Ruyang,Xiangcheng and Wuyang.The types of aroma substances in tobacco leaves of different ecological conditions were almost same but the content varied greatly.The content of fufural, furfural alcohol, 2-acetyl furfural, furan, 5-methyl furfural, benzaldehyde, benzylalcohol, 3, 4-dimethyl-2, 5-furan-dione, 2-acetyl pyrrole, linalool, phenylethanol, isophorone oxide, β-dam, ascenone, geranyl acetone, dehydrogenation of β-ionone, megastigmatrienone2, megastigmatrienone3,3-hydroxy-β-dihydro damascenone, vetiver ketone,neophytadiene and famesylacetone of aroma substances in flue-cured tobacco leavea of Baofeng were high.The content of solanone and megastigmatrienonel were high in Fangcheng(42.56 μg/g, 2.45 μg/g,respectively).The megastigmatrienone 4 content was higher in Wuyang.The total content of aroma substances (expect neophytadiene) was the highest (239.43 μg/g) in Baofeng, followed by Fangcheng and Wuyang.Ruyang was the lowest(143.05 μg/g).关键词
