槲皮素对缺血缺氧脑损伤新生幼鼠胼胝体髓鞘超微结构的保护作用
Protective effect of quercetin on ultrastructure of myelin sheath following hypoxic-ischemic brain injury in neonatal rats*

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of quercetin on myelin sheath following hypoxic-ischemic injury in 3-day-old neonatal rats. Methods: 3-day-old premature SD rats were randomly divided into a control group, a vehicle group and a quercetin treated group. Hypoxie-ischemic brain injury was induced by ligation of right carotid arteries and then in the 8%O2 and 92%N2 hypoxia installation 2 hours. At 28 days after operation, the myelin sheath of corpus callosum was observed under transmission electron microscope. Results: The thickness and number of myelin sheath were normal in the corpus callosum in the control rats. In the vehicle control rats, the myelin sheath thickness became thin and the number of myelin sheath decreased compared with the control rats. The number of myelin sheath was significantly increased in the quercetin group compared with vehicle control rats. Conclusion: Quercetin protects myelin sheath from injury of hypoxic-ischemia.关键词
