益气活血通络汤治疗脑梗死恢复期气虚血瘀证临床观察
Tonifying qi and promoting blood circulation, dredging decoction cerebral infarction convalescence and blood stasis syndrome clinical observation
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To ohserve tonifying qi and promoting blood circulation, dredging decoction cerebral infarction convalescence and blood stasis syndrome of clinical curative effect. Methods: 60 patients with the disease patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 30 cases. the control group give blood plug tong scattered slices, worshipping aspirin slice treatment, the treatment group to take qi and promoting blood circulation, dredging decoction. observe compared between the two groups after treatment of disease clinical curative effect, syndromes score and hemorheology indices changes. Results: Two groups after treating disease clinical curative effect, syndromes score and hemorheology indices are change is the difference, statistical significance (P＜0.05 or 0.01), the curative effect of treatment group was better than control.conclusion: Tonifying qi and promoting blood circulation， dredging decoction cerebral infarction convalescence and blood stasis syndrome have apparent curative effect.关键词
