猪肠外致病性大肠杆菌的分离鉴定和药敏试验
Isolation, Identification and Drug Susceptibility of Extraintestinal Pathogenic Escherichia coli
摘要
Abstract
Gram negative big bacilli were isolated from 456 samples of 168 farms in Henan province which had high fever syndrome from 2006 to 2009. These strains were identified based on culture characteristics, biochemical and PCR assay. The results showed that there were a total of 149 extraintestinal pathogenic Escherichia coli (ExPEC) strains. Mice virulence, serum type and drug susceptibility test results showed that these ExPEC strains were lethal to mice, among which O11 ,O161,O8 ,O138,O9 ,O101 ,and O26 were the most popular serum types. These strains were sensitive to cefotaxime, ceftazidime, cefoperazone, amikacin, and cefazolin.关键词
