护理专科毕业生就业压力与抑郁的研究
Study on the Relationship among employment pressure and depressionof nursing graduates
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To discuss the correlation of employment pressure and depression and factors affecting depression of nursing graduates. Methods:449 subjects were obtained by using cluster random sampling method. The subjects were investigated with questionnaire. The statistical method included: stepwise multiple linear regression analysis. Results:Professional quality、job competition、sychological expectations、job search assistance、contradiction between supply and demand、overall employment pressure of nursing graduates were positively correIated with depression.
