TLR9基因多态性与尖锐湿疣患者T淋巴细胞亚群相关性的研究
Correlation between TLR9 gene polymorphism and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with condyloma acuminatum

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between polymorphism of TLR9 gene and T - Lymphocyte subsets in patients with condyloma acuminatum. Methods Peripheral blood was collected from 63 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University in Guangdong area. Patients were divided into groups according to primary or recurrent condyloma acuminatum. With DNA samples from all subjects, single nucleotide polymorphisms ( SNP ) of TLR9 was tested through polymerase chain reaction and direct sequencing, while T lymphocyte subsets was detectioned with flow cytometry. Results There were 4 SNPs in TLR9 ( SNP1, SNP2, SNP3 and SNP4 ).There was statistical difference in Th/Ts between primary and recurrent condyloma acuminatum groups, while no significance revealed in CD3 + , CD4 + or CD8 + . No significant difference in Th/Ts was revealed among genotypes in SNP1 and SNP2 ( P ＞ 0. 05 ). Conclusion There is no correlation among SNP1 , SNP2 and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with condyloma acuminatum.关键词
