摘要

Abstract

With the advantage of high capacity and high density, alloy materials are expected to be the preferred anode materials for next-generation lithium-ion battery with high energy density. The great volume expansion/contraction during lithiation/delithiation leads to the cracking and pulverizing of alloy material. With the loss of electronic contact within the pulverized alloy particles, the capacity of alloy anode fades rapidly. The nanostructured composite is an ideal choice to improve the cycling stability of alloy anode material. The research progress of Sn-based alloy-carbon composite anode materials for Li-ion battery was reviewed in this paper. It is pointed out that alloy/carbon composite is an effective way for improving the cycling performance of Sn-based alloy anode.
