W/Ir功能复合涂层及其抗烧蚀机制研究
W/Ir Functional Coatings and Their Anti-Ablation Mechanism

Abstract
W/Ir functional coatings were prepared on the graphite by double glow plasma. The structure and anti-ablation mechanism of W/Ir coatings were investigated. The coatings consisted of W two-layers and Ir two-layers with altemated superposition. W coating bond to graphite improved adhesion strength. The exterior Ir could be a barrier coating in oxygen environment. W/Ir coatings were ablated by using an oxyacetylene torch at about 2 000℃ for 70 s,the coatings kept intact and effectively protected graphite substrate. The results show that Ir coating controlled the oxygen diffusion rate,W coating was oxidized to form WO3 due to oxygen diffused through some defects of Ir coating. W coating was taken as a depletion layer, which prevented oxygen from diffusing and protected interior layers. The mass ablation rate of the specimen was 1. 62% .关键词
