论军事医学的战略转型
Strategic transformation of military medicine
摘要
Abstract
Military medicine is generated by military needs. New military revolutions require the transformation of military medicine(TMM). TM M is the foundamental change in the system appearance, system structure, system function and development pattern of military medicine. The macro-trends of TMM are vision refresh, all-dimensional mission expansion,crossing of military medical sciences and technologies, reconstruction of the knowledge system and integration of innovation systems. TMM should remain guided by systematic theories,and comply with legal and ethical regulations. TMM should also promote the effects of discipline crossing and function of systematic engineering.关键词
