Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of arthroscopy assisted treatment of shoulder joint Bankart injury with G Ⅱ anchors. Methods There were three different types Bankart injury of shoulder joint patients and all of them were fixated anterior glenoid labrum with G Ⅱ anchors under arthroscopy and followed with conventional rehabilitation therapy after operation. Results The 3 patients were followed up in order 9,11,8 months. There was no recurrence. The UCLA scores were increased from 23.4,21.8,24.7 anti-operation to 32. 8,32.5,40. 2 post-operation( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Arthroscopic repair Bankart injury of shoulder joint with GII anchors provides fast recovery with minimai invasion.关键词
