Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of small incision with anchor suture fixation for tibial insertion avulsion fracture of the posterior cruciate ligament.Methods 27 patients of posterior cruciate ligament tibial a vulsion fractures were treated through knee medial incision with anchor suture fixation.Results All cases were followed up for 6 ～ 24 ( 12.5 ± 4.1 ) months.After 6 weeks, the rang of motion for the knee joint was 90 ～ 132 ( 117.6 ± 6.1 )°.After 6 months, the rang of motion for the knee joint was 121 ～ 148( 139.1 ± 5.3 )° , 2 ～ 6( 3.1 ± 1.2 )° less than the healthy side.Lyscholm knee was assessed to evaluate the effect: excellent in 25 cases, and good in 2.Conclusions The small incision with anchor suture for the treatment of posterior cruciate ligament tibial avulsion fracture is simple, and provides reliable fixation with good results.关键词
