复方樟柳碱对增生期糖尿病性视网膜病变手术及激光治疗后视神经缺血的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the curtive effect observation of compound anisodine on ischemia of optic nerve after pan-retinal photocoagulation of proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Methods 36 cases( 57 eyes ) of ischemic optic neuropathy after vitretomy or Post pan-retinal photocoagulation of proliferative diabetic retinopathy , evaluating visual field、visual acuity after compound ansiodine was injected subcutaneously around superficial temporal artery . Treated with 2ml compound ansiodine was injected subcutaneously around superficial temporal artery once for 14d,observe visual acuity and visual field after treatment 1、2、3、6、12 months , judging curative effect by special effect、validand invalid. Results Follow-up to 5 to 12 months, all the visual acuity of the patients were increased and the extent of visual field enlargement, visual acuity increased apparente after 2 months after treatment besides 1 case( 1 eye ) , who had happened central retinal atery occlusion lead to visual acuity decreased obviously, and 1 case ( 1 eye )was stopped treating for the skin at the injection site emerge eczema-like changes. the effect rate reached 96. 5％ , special effect 56％ , invalid 3. 5％ . Conclusion Highly state of affairs of optic nerve ischemia after surgery and retinal photocoagulation of proliferative diahetic retinopathy should be thought. Apparente compound anisodine can lighten optic nerve ischemia,protected visual function and ischemic injury of retina blood vessel in diahetic mellitus patients.关键词
