Abstract
Objective To study the effect and side effect of the botulinum toxin A ( BTXA ) injection for the treatment of blepharospasm. Methods 32 patients with blepharospasm were injected BTXA with ten - points into convulsive muscle , the effect was analyzed。 Results In 32 patients ,29 patients ( 90.62 ％ ) revealed complete effect s, 3 patients ( 9.38 ％ ) revealed marked effect s, The total effective rate was 100 ％. 23 patients ( 71.88 ％ ) recued after three month,it was fine after injected secondary. 3 patients ( 9.38 ％ )appeared blepharoptosis. All patients feeled eyelid stiffness. All patients don' t feeled hypophasis and anaphylaxis. Conclusion The treatment of the use of the botulinum toxin A( BTXA )to the blepharospasm can improve the cure rate and the side effect was junior, but mostly patients needed injection more time.关键词
