Abstract
Most of the var compensation devices are controlled based on nine -zone diagram at present, the strategy has deficiencies on the action of condenser banks and on-load tap changer(OLTC) moving frequently, easily having “swing of plugin and take- away of capacitor ”.Therefore, a nine -zone diagram control method is propose based on fuzzy control theory in this paper, and simulation models are established to verify the method, the results show it can compensate for the lack of traditional control and solve optimal control of voltage and var of control, which meet the actual needs of electric network.关键词
