Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Kangruxin liquid comhined with triple therapy for healing quality of Hp-associated peptic ulcer. Methods 141 cases patients with Hp-associated peptic ulcer were devided into 2 groups randomly,study group ( n = 71) and control group ( n = 70) . Triple therapy of omeprazole 20mg bid, amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium 0. 75 bid and clarithomycin 0. 5 bid was given to control group for 7 days to eradicate helicobacter pylori ( H. pylori) , and only Omeprazole 20mg bid followed up for 3 weeks; for study group besides the same treatment of triple therapy ,Kangfuxin liquid 1Oml bid were added for 4 weeks. The curative ratio and S2 percentage of gastric and duodenal ulcer were compared with between the two groups. Results The curative ratio and S2 percentage of gastric ulcer in the study group was 87. 5％ and 58. 3％ , duodenal ulcer.was 93. 6％ and 72. 3％ , respectively in the control group were 42. 8％, 21. 4％ , 88. 1％ and 40. 5％ . There wassignificant difference between the study group and the control group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion The combined therapy in the study group , can significantly promote the quality of peptic ulcer healing, especially Kangfuxin liquid play an important role in the course of the ulcer curation.关键词
