摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the appropriate clinical concentrations of Sevoflurane in Pediatric endotracheal intubation. Methods 30 cases patients scheduled for oblique inguinal hernia and hydrocele of tunica vaginalis surgery. Preoperative routine absolute diet. The concentration of sevoflurane was determined according to Dixon sequential method. Tracheal intubation was practised by a same Anesthesiologist when throat and eyeash were areflexia and submaxilla was flabby. Results ED50 of sevoflurane concentration 5％ is appropriate for endotracheal intubation. Conclusion The appropriate sevoflurane concentration of end-expiratory for pediatric endotracheal intubation is 5％.关键词
