Abstract
Objective Analysis of 2009 hospital pre-hospital emergency response capacity, strengthening of primary hospital management to improve pre-hospital emergency response capacities. Methods A retrospective analysis of emergency in January 1 ～ 12 2009, a total of 2488 cases of first aid EPRI, for help time and time out of the bus, arrived at the scene time and visits from the calculated preparation time out of the bus, emergency response time, first-aid radius. Results A total of 2009, 2488 cases of pre-hospital, out of the bus for an average of 1.26 minutes, an average of 10. 55 minutes emergency response, first aid average radius of 6. 15 km, as far as 35km recently 0. 5km. Conclusion The hospital emergency first aid ASTRI has made some achievements, need to further strengthen pre-hospital management to improve emergency response capabilities.关键词
