摘要
Abstract
Objective To review the complications of the 684 cases of trans-radial coronary intervention. Methods The treatment and complications of 684 consecutive eases of trans-radial coronary intervention in current hospital from Nov 2007 to Mar 2010 were retrospectively analyzed. Results ①A total of 658 eases were successfully completed without any- complication. ②Complieations include 23 (3.5％) eases radial arterial spasm, 8 ( 1.2％ ) forearm hematomas, 1 (0.15％ ) pseudo aneury-sm, and 1 (0.15％ ) radial arterial occlusion or hand isehemia. Conclusion Routine trans-radial coronary intervention is an applicable treatment with few complications.关键词
