摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate and compare the efficacy and safety of rabeprazole with omeprazole in treatment of active gastric ulcer. Methods Forty gastric ulcer patients were divided into trail group and control group. Trail group included 20 patients received rabeprazole 40mg qd for 4 weeks, while the control group which included 20 patients too received omeprazole 40mg qd for 4 weeks. Results There was no significant statistical difference between the trial group and the control group about the efficacy ( P ＞ 0. 05) . Conclusion Rabeprazole is effective and safe for the treatment of active gastric ulcer.关键词
