摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT in diagnosing in breast cancer. Methods 27 female with breast masses were performed 18F-FDG PET/CT for identification and diagnosis. The results of PET/CT were proved by pathologic results of surgery. Results 15 masses were malignant and the other 12 were benign, 18 F-FDG PET/CT diagnosed 14 true positive and missed 1 (other imaging modalities diagnosed 11 true positive). 18F-FDG PET/CT diagnosed 10 true negative and 2 false positive (other imaging ways diagnosed 7 true negative). The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value obtained by 18F-FDG PET/CT in diagnosing breast cancer were 14/15 (93.3％)、 10/12 ( 83.3％ )、 24/27 ( 88.8％ ) 、 14/16 ( 87. 5 ％ )、 10/11 ( 90. 1％ )、 respectively. 12 cases with malignant lesions were proved axilla lymph metastasis, and 18F-FDG PET/CT diagnosed 10 true positive and 2 false negative. Conclusion 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging can reliably identify and diagnose malignant lesions from breast masses.关键词
