Influence of catheter radiofrequency ablation on heart rate turbulence of patients with idiopathic premature ventricular contractions
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the impact of different load of heart rate turbulence (HRT) in patients with idiopathic premature ventricular contractions (IPVCs) after radiofrequency ablation (RFCA). Methods A totle of 91 patients with IPVCs was divided into three groups by contraction burden: lower group ( n = 32), moderate group ( n = 37 ) and high group(n =22), compared HRT parameters of turbulence onset (TO) and turbulence slope (TS) values change between different groups before and after radiofrequency ablation. Results There were significantly improved of TO and TS of the three groups when compare to preoperative (P ＜0.01 ), the lower group improved the most, the moderate group improved medium, and the high group improved the minimum. Conclusions RFCA can improve the HRT of patients with IPVCs,with contraction burden increasing, HRT improvement becomes weak, so the improvement of HRT could be a useful maker to assess the clinical effect of patients with IPVCs.关键词
