Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of 125I balloon interstitial radiotherapy combined with hyperbaric oxygen treatment in brain glioma. Method 266 glioma patients were randomly divided into group A (59 cases), group B( 87 cases), group C (51 cases), group D ( 69 cases) ,and were treated with normal radiotherapy, radiotherapy with 32P balloon method , radiotherapy with 125I balloon method, 125I balloon method and hyperbaric oxygen. The total effective rate after 12 months and 1 ,3 ,5 a survival rates and KPS was compared in 4 groups. Result The total effective rate after 12 months and 1,3,5 a survival rates and KPS score in group D were higher than group A,B,C(P＜0.05). Conclusion 125I nterstitial radiotherapy with the balloon method is superior to radiotherapy treatment of glioma balloon method in radiotherapy 32P,combined with hyperbaric oxygen can increase the treatment and quality of life.关键词
