Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopy debridement and continous irrigation with anbtibiotics after operation on treating acute suppurative knee arthritis.Methods 18 cases with acute suppurative knee arthritis were treated by debridement under arthroscopy and continous irrigation with antibiotics after operation and rehabilitation exercise.Results The time of hospital stay was 14 ～ 21 d.18 caes were followed up for 2 ～ 24 months.All patients were cured one time without recurrence.According to the HSS,the joint function were excellent in 16 cases, good in 12 cases.Conclusions The advantages of debridement under arthroscopy and continous irrigation with antibiotics on treating acute suppurative knee arthritis are mini operation wound,shorter hospital stay,rapid joint function recovery,and good curative effect.关键词
