摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the occurrence of extended-spectrum β-lactamases (ESBLs) and AmpC β-lactamase and the antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli isolated from the patients. Methods A total of 161 clinical isolates of nonrepeated Escherichia coli were collected from the patients. Double disk synergy test was used to detect ESBLs and Tris-EDTA disk test was applied for detection of AmpC enzymes ,Kirby-bauer agar diffusion method was used to judge the antibiotic resistance. Results The strains producing enzymes (includes ESBLs ,AmpC,both ESBLs and AmpC) were 63 out of 161 isolates (39.1%),and the single ESBLs producer was highest. The resistant rates of strains producing enzymes were higher than those of the nonproducers, especially the AmpC β-lactamase producer. But all strains were susceptible to carbpenem. Conclusion The enzymes-producing Escherichia coli isolated from the clinic was prevalent and the antibiotic resistance was very serious. So great attention should be paid to the medical staff,and carbpenem might be the first choice for the treatment of infection caused by the enzymes-producing E. coll.
