摘要
Abstract
Objective The purpose of the two methods for measuring glycated hemoglobin methods of evaluation. Methods Using ion-exchange high performance liquid chromatography (HPI_C) method to determine glycosylated hemoglobin particles (HbAlc). Compared the results analysed the bias and did ,outlier tests .linear regression analysis and calculation of expected bias. Results The mean results particle chromatography was 7. 13 and HPI_C method was 7. 36. The relative deviation of two methods was - 3. 1 % . I_inear regression equation was Y= 1. 023 2X - 0. 250 2. Glycated hemoglobin acceptable bias expected bias. Conclusion Particles chromatography and HPLC method results were comparable. HPLC method was within for routine inspection.关键词
