参芎化瘀胶囊对血管性痴呆大鼠海马CA1区BDNF表达的影响
Effects of Shenxionghuayu capsule on the expression of BDNF in hippocampus CA1 area of rats with vascular dementia

Abstract
Objective To study the effects of Shenxionghuayu capsule on the brain-derived neurotrophic factor ( BDNF) in CA1 area of hippocamps of vascular dementia rats. Methods Established vascular dementia rats models in common carotid artery repeatedly occlusion and sodium nitroprusside intraperitoneal injection. The learning and memory abilities of rats were detected by Morris water maze. The changes of cell morphology were observed by HE stain and the express of BDNF was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The learning and memory abilities of rats in VD model group were significantly declined, and the expressions of BDNF in the hippocampus significantly increased compared with those in the sham-operation group and blank control group (all P <0.01 ). The learning and memory abilities of rats in Shenxionghuayu capsule intervention group were significantly improved, and the expressions of BDNF in the hippocampus significantly increased compared with those in the VD model group (P<0.05 or <0.01). Conclusions Shenxionghuayu capsule can improve the abilitiea of learning and memory of the VD rats by increasing the express of BDNF.关键词
