基于aODPA的PI薄膜的合成与性能
Synthesis and Properties of PI Films From 2,3,3',4'-Oxydiphthalic Anhydride

Abstract
A series of PI films were prepared from an asymmetrical dianhydride ,2,3 ,3',4' -oxydiphthalic anhydride ( aODPA) and several aromatic diamines. The effects of the structures of the Pls on their thermal stability, solubility, mechanical and optical properties were systemically investigated. The results showed that the asymmetncal structure of the aODPA gave the PIs good solubility in common organic solvents and good optical transparency in ultraviolet-visible light region. The optical transmittances of the PI films at 450 nm are all higher than 85%. Meanwhile , the PI films maintained good thermal stability with 5% weight loss at temperatures higher than 510℃ in nitrogen and good mechanical properties with tensile strengths higher than 80 MPa.关键词
