摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the reference interval of urinary formed elements by UF 1000i in Jingzhou Hosppital laboratory. Methods 1 860 urine specimen from 1 860 healthy people including 1 050 males and 810 females were used to examine red blood cells (RBC), the white blood cells (WBC),casts ,pathologic casts ,epithelia cells ,small round cells, crys tals ,bacteria and electrical conductivity by UF- 1000i analyzer. The examination was completed under strictly condition of laboratory quality control. Results The interval of urinary RBC (/μl) of male was:0～ 15. 0 for the young, 0～23.2 for the adult and 0～15.8 for the old. Female :0～18. 0 for the young,0～23.7 for the adult and 0～17.6 for the old. The inter val of urinary WBC (/μ1) of male was:0～16.6 for the young,0～l9. 1 for the adult and 0～18. 0 forthe old. Female:0～16.8 for the young,0～32.2 for the adult and 0～22.5 for the old. The urinary casts (/μl) was 0. 90 and the urinary patho logic casts (/μ1) was 0. 50. The interval of urinary epithelia cells (/μl) of male was :0～ 13.0 for the young, 0～ 13.6 for the adult and 0～ 14.4 for the old. Female: 0～ 12.7 for the young, 0～ 33. 0 for the adult and 0～ 23. 0 for the old. The interval of urinary small round cells (/μl) of male was:0～ 7.4 for the young, 0～ 7.7 for the adult and 0～ 7.3 for the old. Female:0～ 6.1 for the young, 0～ 6.8 for the adult and 0～ 5.3 for the old. The range of urinary crystals (/ μ1) of male was:0～104.8 for the young,0～254.3 for the adult and 0～20l. 9 for the old. Female:0～81.7 for the young,0～356.8 for the adult and 0～203.9 for the old. The interval of urinary electrical conductivity of male was :2.2～ 33.1 for the young, 8.8～36.3 for the adult and 7.8～33.6 for the old. Female:2. 0～30. 4 for the young,5.9～37.3 for the adult and 5.7～31.1 for the old. The interval of urinary bacteria of male was :0～64. 0 for the young,0～58.8 for the adult and 0～80. 4 for the old.Female:0～ ll0. 4 for the young, 0～ 131.9 for the adult and 0～83. 0 for the old. Conclusion It provided basis for to es tablish the reference interval of urinary formed elements.关键词
