摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the association of urinary albumin creatinine ratio (UACR)with type 2 diabetes nephropathy. Methods According to the results of urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER), 163 T2DM cases were divided into simple diabetic mellitus(A=50) ,early diabetic nephropathy (B=50) and clinical diabetic nephropathy(C = 63) ;other 50 healthy persons were employed as control. Blood level of hs-CRP,UACR and UAER of all groups were examined. Results There was significant different of UACR and hs-CRP level in all groups as compared with control group(P＜0. 05),UACR and hs-CRP level in group B and group C were significantly higher than those in the group A and control groups (P＜0. 05) ,and those in group C significantly higher than in group B. Correlation analysis suggested that UACR and hs-CRP were positively correlated with UAER(r=0.73,P＜0.05;r = 0.89,P＜0. 01),In UAER normal range,4.76％ (3/63) patients UACR beyond normal reference,UACR and UACR better detection hs-CRP was single test. Conclusion UACR and diabetic nephropathy was closely related to the occurrence,development,UACR could replace UAER inspection,combined with higher hs-CRP has the clinical value of detection.关键词
