摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the oxidation serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) and clinical application.Methods According to determine conditions,serum SOD was determined directly and its precision,accuracy,linearity,interference and other performance was evaluated.Results Within run CV＜ 2.83％ ,between-run CV＜3.98 ％ and total CV＜4.0l％ The average rate of recovery was 101.3％ and the lineaarity reached 250 U/ml (Y= 0.980 2X+6.254 2,R2= 0.992 3),Adding triglyceride (TG)＜3.5 mmol/L ,Bilirubin (BIL)＜200 μmol/L and Hemoglobin (Hb)＜100 g/L without interfer ence.The reference range of serum SOD of normal persons was from ((x)± 2s) 130～220 U/ml.Conclusion Serum biochemical analyzer on detection of superoxide dismutase convenient ,accurate and fast.关键词
