摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the standard of slide smear review criteria for Sysmex XT2000 Automated Heamatology Analyzer with LIS,and ensure the analytic results exactly. Methods Based on 41 review rules,the construction of the standard of review was estimated by data analysis of 11 720 blood samples with anticoagulation of EDTAK2,and the statisties on the data of 4 320 samples were made to find out the reliablitity of the standard. Results LIS could choose the results that need slide smear review.the evaluational results of review criteria and microscopic examination were the true positive rate 20. 11％ ,false positive rate 4. 24％ ,true negative rate 72. 66％ and false negative rate 2. 99％. Conclusion To establish the standard of slide smear review criteria with LIS could save the human judgement time ,avoid human-induced errors and ommissions , and could insure the accuracy of blood analysis. 2. 99％ of false negative rate was less than 5 ％,which was consistent with the criteria instituted by International Societv for Laboratorv Hematology.关键词
